Father was sick yesterday when I visited one insisted didn't get any sleep, is sick today my being told by mother is given again laxatives(purgative, aperient, cathartic)

Due to my being sick, I didn't visit father for prior three days - just as today not. I assume father is being sick for at least last two weeks and will be killed at any time now.
